Is Primolut-N Safe To Prevent Pregnancy?

hi i am 24 years old married. last month i had only two days blooding of menstrual cycle and till today we did not use no any things to prevent pregnancy. the problem is that, in this april month there was no any use of the things to prevent pregnancy. And in this april month there is no any blooding in MC periods. Is Primolut-N is useful to prevent pregnancy?

Hallow dear,

Primolut N can help you as a birth control pill if taken regularly. However, you already have less bleeding during menstruation. Primolut N is Progesterone only pill. Progesterone causes less amount of bleeding. If your menses are low, Primolut N is not suitable for you. Please contact your Gynaecologist and start Oestrogen dominant birth control pills. These pills should be started on the second day of the menses to get the protection against pregnancy.
