Is Seroflo Or Asthalin Inhaler Advisable For My Toddler S Breathing Issues?

Hi doctor, my daughter is 3.5 yo . She has difficulty in breathing once a while. Depending on the situation, I consult doctor online or offline. While one doctor prescribed seroflo125, while another doctor has given asthalin. Now which one do I use and how.. She has cold and crusty nose. Also vomits when given her other regular medicines.... for seizure disorder.. usually vomiting happens at night.. mucous is transparent. No bubbles or froth found. We had some house shifting, so I believe some dust allergies would have cropped in. Kindly suggest what to do.. its suddenly at 3-4 am when she has disturbance now.. no issues noted till then.
