Is Supradyn Safe To Continue Long Term?
I take supradyne tablet 1 in morning daily so that i will can do intense workout. I want to know is it safe to continue using supradyne tablet. Or it is recommended to use only when required. I do not have any side effects, only my urin turns yellow whenever I take the tablet. please advise

Hi dear, If you are taking it daily without any side effects and you can definitely continue. Urine has turned yellow due to folic acid vitamin in your tablet. but if you develop any side effect you should consult. else its safe.
