Thank you for asking on HealthcareMagic.com, providing better healthcare for you. I have gone through your case and I can understand your concern. Thyronorm (Levothyroxine) in replacement doses is not expected to adversely affect the baby. On the contrary, hypothyroidism may lead to poor pregnancy outcome. Thyroid replacement therapy should be maintained during pregnancy. Normal TSH level ranges from 0.4 to 4.5 mIU/L and it may require an average of 6-8 weeks to adjust changes in thyroid hormone levels. The typical maintenance dose is 100 to 200 mcg orally once a day. Please consult again with treatment doctor about the dosage. Please don't forget to give your valuable feedback and five star rating, to help me assist you in a better way.
