Hi,
Thank you for choose Health Care Magic. I read carefully your query and I understand your concern.
I see from your description that your blood test result for TSH level has been decreased during the time you have intake Thyronorm(Levothyroxin sodium) and your current TSH level is at normal range reference, also you have reduce the dose of Thyronorm these result shown that you are well cured for your Hypothyroidism.
Thyronorm is a good choice for your Hypothyroidism.
To understand the result I can explain you the Hypothyroidism that is a under function of thyroid gland cause decreasing thyroid blood hormone T4 (thyroxine) and T3 (triiodotironin) these induce the increasing level of TSH. TSH level is a way to monitor the medication effect .TSH normal value range is different for different laboratory depending on the method they choose to determine it, but the typical range is 0.5-6 µUI/ml.
I recommend you continuing the treatment with Thyronorm and monitor this treatment with the TSH lab test to show the result of medication, and to predict when you can change your dose.
Hope I give answer to your problem. Feel free to ask me again
Take care,
Dr .Marsida JANKO
