Is Trenexa Effective In Controlling Excessive Menstrual Bleeding?
Now I am taking trenexa tablets..because of control the excess of bleeding....But...my question is that taking this tablets problem is there or not sir?Today doctor is not there....but my problem ;bleeding stop after 5days from the M.C ....But after five days of m.c normal type stop .but than six days no bleeding....but return bleeding two days ago....sir.But exam was going now....next exam 26 th Tuesday.Today doctor is not there....holiday. But now I am in hostel.no medical is there here.Now I taking friend tablet trenexa.... For stop excess of bleeding.Sir it s what problem? Problem is there or not this tablets?

If you have your exam on 26, you please keep taking Trenexa, yes it is effective,for immediate control of bleeding.
Once you are over with your exam , and your doctor is back, he/she may give you some definite treatment after investigation.

i can understand your concern.
i would like to know your age and if you always have heavy bleed or is this the first time???
if it is first time donot worry , it must be due to stress or anxiety.
if this problem happens needs to be evaluated.
you can definitely take tranexa tablets(tranexamic acid) to reduce the heavy bleed you have been getting.
take two tabs thrice a day for three to four days. if the bleed still is heavy donot continue the tablets, you would require hormonal pills to be taken.
i would also suggest your hemoglobin levels to be checked and if found anemia to be treated.
an ultra sound pelvis is also advised.
if you wish to have contraception also, hormonal pills would be the best way forward for you.
for now, take the tranexa tablets you have. for pain, you can take tab meftal spas twice daily for three days.
