I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain Triglow cream is a steroid based cream and although it is suitable to treat pimples but due to a number of side effects caused by steroid based cream I would not suggest you to use it to treat pimples as many a times it can exaggerate pimples.. Although you can get a combination of creams containing Tretinoin, Hydroquinone and Fluocinolone Acetonide at loca pharmacy that is a formula present in Triglow.. I would suggest you to take a course of antibiotic and anti acne medications.. You can start applying creams containing Benzoyl peroxide and Clindamycin.. You can apply Adapelene gel at night.. You can also use Azelic acid preparations.. Do cool compresses over the pimples. Wash your face with Salicylic acid containing facewash.. You can exfoliate your skin twice week.. You can also take multivitamin supplements and avoid oily food..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora..
