Is VINLEP Effective For Epilepsy?

i am an epileptic patient since 10 yrs...i was on various medicines like tegritol,topamac,,epilex chrono...divaa OD .....finally i was with Divaa Od 500 mg once a day....today i consulted a neuro doctor n he adviced me to change the drug to VINLEP 450 mg twice a day....coz Divaa OD has many sideeffects like weight increase,hair loss,menses problem...so what do u say abt VINLEP
I am 26 yrs old ,5'6 height and 65 kgs weight..

Hi , yes oxcarbemazepine is better drug than divaa as far as side effects are concerned .
Dose 450 mg 1BD is accurate.
