Is Venlafaxine Safe During 10 Weeks Pregnancy ?
my daughter is 10 weeks pregnant and was just prescribed venlafaxine she is 20 years old has depression and anxiety I'm not sure this is the right medication but she needs medication to help with her mental health s there safer medication that will be better and safe

Venlafaxine is C category drug in pregnancy means it can be use if risk outweigh its benefit.
It can mainly used in third trimester of pregnancy.
Your daughter is 10 weeks pregnant so its use is harmful also.
But if she require this she can use it and keep an eye on its side effects.
