Dear Doctor, for a 5 month baby boy, can we give Wikoryl Drops for Chest Congestion with slight Cold and Cough? If so, could you please let us know the dosage and number of times to be given per day? Thanks a ton in anticipation of an affirmative response.

Wikoryl drops is not chest congestion, it is only for common flu with fever. If your baby has coughing then go to the doctor for examination of chest.
