Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Weight loss is an issue many of us have to deal with. But the best way to address weight loss is to look at it as a long term endeavor. Short term methods such as with supplements and diets tend to not allow us to keep the weight off, and up-and-down movement is actually worse for our bodies than steady, slow gradual weight loss.
There are no clinical studies on the wild rose detox so I can't say if it is effective, but most of these are not effective at keeping the weight off.
I recommend, as a general rule, to increase vegetables, all types, and avoid or decrease simple carbohydrates such as anything made from white flour (most pastas, some breads), and foods with sugar added, sodas, and drinks with artificial sweeteners (even though they are zero calories, they can mess with
metabolism). Processed foods in general are best avoided too (e.g. potato chips, etc).
It is slow going but even a few pounds lost can be helpful.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
