Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Atopic Dermatitis or Atopic Eczema causes formation of areas of itchy, inflamed and broken painful skin..
It is considered to be due to genetic causes, while at times environmental irritants are considered to be a cause.
The exact cause is exactly unknown..
Wysolone contains active ingredient as Prednisolone that is a steroid and will help in reducing inflammation and itching..
I would still suggest you to consult a Dermatologist and get proper evaluation done as steroids should be taken for short term and in tapering dose and gradually stopped..
Therefore you can take Wysolone only if after a thorough clinical evalution a Dermatologist advises you..
Although a short term course is not harmful..
You can also take topical treatment like topical application of Petroleum jelly to sooth the skin, cool compresses, steroid ointment to reduce inflammation and itching..
You can also be advised immunosuppressants like Methotraxate and Ciclosporin..
Probiotics and Vitamin D supplments can be advised..
Bath with luke warm water and maintain a clean skin..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
