Is Xanax 5 Mg Effective For Hypertension?
I am 55 yr old male..I have mild hypertension. My cardio just upped bystolic up to 30 mg, from 20 mg. he just tried an ace inhib but bad reaction from me. I also have general anxiety and take .5mg Xanax and amm just verifying that this is safe. Sorry the Xanax is as needed. I weigh in at 228lbs.

Bystolic (nebivolol) belongs to a group of drugs called beta-blockers.maximum dose is 40 mg daily.
Anxiolytic drug like Xanax will have small hypotensive effect in addition.
