Is A Bone Dislocation And Back To Its Place, Considered A Fracture?

Yesterday afternoon i was hit in the right hand pinky finger by a ball going towards the right. The ball did dislocate the pinky finger I held it while it was dislocated and then let go of it and it popped back itself. What i want to know is is it fractured or still dislocated. The pinky finger is swollen where it dislocated. Is that suppose to happen? Also i cannot clench my pinky finger into a fist.
