Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

After going through your medical details I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that all q waves in ECG are not indicative of a heart attack and once your Angiogram came out to be very normal that means ECG was misinterpreted. Chronic high blood pressure can also cause diastolic dysfunction so kindly consult a cardiologist personally for proper treatment.

Hopefully this information will answer your query query.
Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
