Is A Cereals, Fruits And Vegetables Diet Enough To Loose Weight?
Hello,I am currently trying to loose weight, and I was wondering if it was good, if I eat a bowl of cereal in the morning, and then just fruit and veggies throughout the day? Do I need to limit the fruit and veggies? And then I also drink about 8-10 cups of green-mint tea a day... Good diet to loose weight with?
Hello, The diet you mentioned is very good for diet plan but ask yourself whether you can sustain for long time with this diet plan? Can you continue this diet for long time? And by this diet you should not deprive your body of other nutrients like proteins and fats which are also necessary for body functions. So i would like to advice you to consult a dietician so that you have healthy diet which you can continue for long and see the effects for long time. Thank you
