Is A Clicking Sound From The Collar Bone Normal?

hi my son is 11 years old and his brother kicked him in the arm he had abit of pain but not for long.But when i checked him and started to move his arm i noticed a clicking sound coming from the collar bone and the collar bone moved aswell but he said it didn't hurt,so was just wondering if this is a normal thing.
