Is A Delayed Period A Sign Of Pregnancy?

This is mahesh from delhi.I had sex with my GF on 7th of aug,While ejaculation i pull out and get finished,after that I inserted a finger.Her period starts between 13-15th of every months.Still she didnt have her periods till now upto today.So i am confused about whether she is pregnant or not?If she is pregnant can i suggest her to go for MTP kits by cipla?Please help me ASAP.

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. Though she did not get her period as expected, chances of conception are less presuming she always has regular cycles. This is because the sexual act occurred during the safe period. Ovulation occurs two weeks prior to the onset of the next menstrual period and this is the fertile period when conception can occur. In the current scenario, wait for a week, get a HPT and seek help from a specialist in person for further management. Stress often delays a period. Hope this helps.
