Is A Drop In BHCG Of Concern?

HI,I am 10w1d today. I had a bhcg done yesterday and it was 125,000.This scares me because 2 wks ago it was 145,000. Of course its sunday so i can t get in contact with my doctor however i m have no signs of a miscarriage other than my nausea has gone away so i don t think i should go to the er. Should I be concerned?

Hi dont panic repeat b HCG after 48 hrs fr standard lab . Any further fall in rhe value needs an attention. U might get decrease in nausea once you move to third month. Get usg done meanwhileto know the fetal wellbeing n start with cap susten 200 mg bd n ing lupi hcg biweekly. Fingers crossed
