Is A Faint Pinkish Line On A Pregnancy Test Reliable Or Wait Longer To Confirm Pregnancy After Using Rejun And Endogest For 3 Months?

hii dr.. as we are planning for pragnency but before 6 months my wife got pragnent but after some days miscarriage happened..then we consulted dr. he ask us to wait for 3month (have regular intercourse)and he also prescribed some test( according to which we both are normal) but after 3months pragnency doesn t happens.. so aur dr. gave us medicine for 3 months ( rejun 50,100,150, and endogest200) but its our 3rd month of using this medicine and today after missing period kit shows a faint pinkish line on kit.... i am confused .whether it is fake pragnency or actually its real plz dr. tell us what to do
