Hi,I have gone through question. History of heavy bleeding in pregnancy without pain may be due to haemorrhage around the foetus in uterus ( subchorionic haemorrhage) or some lesion in the vagina or cervix. I suggest you to consult your OBGYN specialist so that you can be properly examined, ultrasound done and progesterone support can be given, in case of subchorionic haemorrhage. Hope you found the answer helpful. Wishing you good health.
