Is A Hunched Back And Difficulty In Taking Full Breath Treatable?

Hello, I have problems taking full breathe when I keep my back straight. I used to spend a lot of time playing computer games and I unconcsiously round my back. I m hunched most of the time and now I want to repair it. Will the breathing problem eventually go away when my back becomes straight and healthy again?

Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you are having kyphosis and also having breathing problems probably due to it. Excercises may be of help in mild form but in severe form it generally require surgery. I think that breathing problems may have another reason so it may or may not help. You can discuss your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
