I have a large lump on the back of my neck. It started out gumball size and grown about 2 1/2 times the original size, I fell on the ice two days after Christmas last year while taking the dogs out and I landed on my hip and arm and my head had gotten whipped back but didn t hit anything. Two days later I noticed my lump had moved further down my neck and much closer to the spine--nearly on top of it. I can still grab it and it bothers me, however the few doctors I ve asked about it don t seem to be concerned. My regular physician thinks it could be a calcified lymph node. My very aged neurogist dosen t seem to be able to see or feel it. I will. grab it and pull it out for him and he slaps my hands away and then touches my shoulder and asked if it s here then he touches the top of my head and asked if it was there. Clearly he isn t taking me seriously. Should I be concerned about this growing soft tissue mass that has the ability it move location?
