Is A Low Resting Heart Rate Normal After 2 Years Of Little Exercise?

Hi, i got an Apple watch last week. And have been receiving resting heart as 52-54 everyday. Have been playing Lawn Tennis for around 2-3 hours almost everyday until 2018. In 2019 i moved to another city and hence my lawn tennis routine got disrupted to only 3-4 times in a month. And since pandemic that is April 2019 to now i have not been doing any physical exercise and have gained weight too. So my question is 52-54 BPM resting rate is appropriate for me? Or i should be worried and consult a doctor? as its more than 2 years i have not been exercising or doing any sort of physical exercise. Have started working out for 30 minutes everyday since last week.
