Is A Movable Lump Inside The Cheek Symptom Of Lymphoma?

my friend has a mm size bump on the inside of her left cheek. she let me feel it and it would move around alot. my friend is 10 years old. she went to her docter and he proscibed it as lymphoma. her uncle had gotten the same thing on his cheek at around her age it turned out to be lymphoma. he suposedly died from the lymphoma. since it was in her family her docter kind of already knew what it was. i want to know if her docter was right or not. im very worried for her im her beat friend and i dont want to loose her. thank you for your time please let me know asap

I appreciate your concern, this is not the lymphoma, this could be simple cervical lymph node very common in this age, not because of any disease but due to the prominence appearance it is visible, no need to worry about this this would come around as the child grow old, it is only matters when child has got some symptoms like, low grade fever, loss of appetite, loss of weight, else forget this, hope this information helps, take car.
