Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The possible causes are:
-Rarely, failure of implants may lead to pregnancy.
-Possibility of abdominal or pelvic masses like ovarian cysts, etc. should be ruled out. Sometimes these can lead to symptoms like vomiting, pain, etc.

So, you better consult gynecologist once and get ultrasound done, which will help in finding the possible cause of symptoms and also in ruling out the possibility of pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
