Is A Negative HIV Test Report At 11 Weeks Post Unprotected Sex Conclusive?

Hi, I had an unprotected encounter 3 months ago and had a bunch of hiv combo test made during that time. 4 weeks- neg 6 weeks -neg 10 weeks-neg 11 weeks-neg During that time, I had light fever, I feel fatigue, oral thrush, weird sensation at fingers and legs during sleep. Some sensations I never felt before.. Please help me. is that conclusive or do I have to take another test after 3 months. Thank you so much!!

DO NOT GO BY THE SYMPTOMS.IDEALLY YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE THE TEST AFTER 12 WEEKS.BUT YOU HAVE DONE IT AFTER 11 WEEKS.THAT IS AS GOOD AS 12 WEEKS.SO YOU NEED NOT GO FOR ANY TEST.
