Is A Pace Maker Recommended Here?

My father is 80 Years old. today morning he face difficulty to walk alone 'cuase he felf the legs are not heathy enough to support the boad for walking. He went to Gokulam Medical Collegue and undergone for a ECG. After the test Doctor adviced that the pulse rate is only 46 and advised to think about a face maker operation immediatly. Would you please review and advice a better treatment:
Blood sugar: 190 (two hours after food)
- Pressure: 70/120
- There are no other problems
- He is using medicine for Blood pressure from last two years
- Bad habit: very rarely smoke.

I really appreciate your concern look some time the clinical manifestation is matter and not the heart rate if the 46 hr/m is silent then no nee to do any thing, even single episode of clinical symptoms like fainting would need pacing better get done the ECO test for better evaluation take care and have a nice day.
