Is A Singular Isoechoic Nodule In The Posterior Aspect Of The Uterine Body A Concern?

Hi! My mother had an ultrasound and the result is this The uterus is antevertee and measures 48.41 ,37.51mm. It has homogenous echotexture with a singular isoechotic nodule in the posterror aspect of the uterine body measuring 29.99 by 22.37mm.No adnexal mass nor free fluid in the cul-de-sac What does this mean?
