Is A Slightly Enlarged Anteverted Uterus With A Hypoechoic Structure Within The Left Anterolateral Wall Normal?
Good morning, I am 35 yrs old, 5 1 in height and weighing 116.6 lbs. May i ask what does it mean of my sonography finding shows that i have slightly enlarged anteverted uterus with intact endometrium myoma uteri, intramural, as described. On the uterus remarks, anteverted heterogenous measuring 4.48 x 6.39 x 4.77cm. There is a well circumscribed, hypoechoic structure within the left anterolateral wall measuring 2.93 x 2.82 x 2.77cm.

Your ovaries and tubes are normal. There is no pelvic inflammatory disease and there is a simple cyst in the left wall of the uterus .You should undergo CT abdomen for proper evaluation of this uterine lesion .
