Hi my 17 year old son had circumcision Saturday and is doing ok as far as pain etc. However he little anxious today as a small greyish like bump almost like a wart or blister has appeared. He was told nothing to worry about as it is a small blood clot

According to provided history you had undergone circumcision before few days and now there is a slight swelling as mentioned in the history. So your doctor might be right it could be postoperative Hematoma formation. No extra treatment needed for that. If you post the photo then I can give for the comment regarding that.
