Is A Small Hard Lump Near Vaginal Opening Matter Of Concern In A Pregnant Women?

I'm 12 weeks pregnant and just found a small, hard lump on the bottom of my right labia near the vaginal opening while showering. It's not super painful, about the level of a zit but I'm not sure what it is. Possibly a sebaceous cyst? What is standard practice for something like this, especially since I'm pregnant?
