Is A Small Movement With Spotting A Sign Of Pregnancy?

AM I PREGNANT BECAUSE I TOOK THE PREGNANCY TEST AT THE HOSPITAL AND BLOOD WORK AT THE LAB. AND SOMETHING IS MOVING IN MY BELLY. LIKE ABABY IS INSIDE OF ME. I HAVE A LITTLE SPOTTING NOT THAT MUCH. I REALLY WANT TO KNOW ABOUT MY PREGNANCY. IS IT POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE. YES OR NO.

Hello and welcome,

I understand the issue.
You mentioned about the tests but not about the results so I cannot provide an opinion based on them.
However, movement in belly comes in advanced pregnancy, beyond atleast 5 months. So please check from the date of your last period if it is 5 months. Other reasons for movements are gases, intestinal colick, abdominal lumps [ ovarian cysts, mesenteric cysts].

So get the results of the tests, if they are negative then pregnancy is not likely. If you continue to feel movements get an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis done to rule out any pathology.
