Is A Stretched Arm & Elbow With Numbness Suggest A Sprain?

i went ice skating and i was holding on to someones arm, i almost fell down and when my arm stretched from the fall, i heard a crack.....it doesnt hurt but it feels different, and a bit numb...and i cant raise it up....the area that hurts is my elbow region...do i have a sprain or have i broken something in my arm?

Hi,

It could be a sprain probably. As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. You can also apply ice packs for pain relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
