Is A Thick Pink Tissue Like Vaginal Discharge An Indication For A Miscarriage?
hi, i am unsure if i was pregnant or not and if i miscarried. i had unprotected sex with my boyfriend on October 20th and 21st. But took plan b immediately after. But I had no side effects from the pill. I had just started to take birth control as well around that time, but it was only my 4th day on the pill. I started what I think is my period yesterday but noticed that when I wiped, a pink sort of thick like tissue was on the tissue. it did not look like discharge. It was thick like tissue. I am concerned if this was a miscarry
As you are complaining of pink discharge, it's important to rule out pregnancy. It could be a sign of: 1. Ovulation 2. Implantation or 3. An outcome of your impending periods coming in few days around or other conditions.
I advice you to: - Do HPT or to do serum beta HCG levels to rule out pregnancy - Diet rich in protein - Take iron & calcium supplements. - consult your gynaecologist for further assistance.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.
