Hi, Crestor is not known to cause abdominal pain near the belly button area. Though, it may cause some of the side effects, which may be- memory problems, confusion, causing or worsening of diabetes as well as muscle problems called rhabdomyolysis very rarely. Though, rarely it may cause, liver problem with symptoms of yellowness of eyes, nausea, loss of appetite and pain abdomen. But here, pain abdomen is always accompanied by other signs/symptoms of jaundice etc. In your case, as the pain is around belly button, it looks like any infection/ inflammation of the large intestinal area, for which you should see your doctor, for proper diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
