Hi,
Welcome to HCM!

Since your pregnancy test is negative, it is not possible that you are pregnant. You may repeat the test again after 7 days to rule out again.

From the symptoms that you have described, it seems that you are suffering from Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID). It is characterized by lower abdominal pains, white discharge.
It is a curable condition. You will have to take a standard treatment consisting of a course of antibiotics.

If I were your treating doctor, I'd prescribe a course of antibiotics consisting of Cefexime (for 1 day), Metronidazole and Doxycycline for 14 days.

Kindly visit a gynaecologist and start early treatment.
Hope this information helps. Feel free to ask if you have any doubts.

Wish you good health.
With regards
Dr. Sridhar
