Is Accidental Consumption Of Vitamin E Capsule A Concern?
I accidentally took a vitamin e capsule with my other evening meds that was intended to be used externally. Should I be concerned? I do not know the brand, I am traveling. It is one of those capsules that has little nubs that twist off. I think I purchased this brand at Walgreens or CVS.

Vitaimin E is formed in our body , it is pretty safe ,taking a single tablet should not cause you any concern.Many people take it regularly as an anti oxidant. However great care should be taken while taking drugs in future.
