Is Adderol Effective To Control ADD?

I'm 32, female, and weigh 132 lbs at 5'6''. I am currently on wellbutrin for ADD. I went into my doctor's office for fatigue, headaches and lower leg and feet ache. my bp was 121/98 my psych just switched me to adderol from the wellbutrin is my bp okay for this?

You are suffering from ADD (attention deficit disorder) and were taking Bupropion (Wellbutrin) for ADD. You have symptoms like fatigue, headaches, leg and feet pains. So the psychiatrist advised you to take Adderol instead Wellbutrin. Adderol is an amphetamine drug and it commonly used as drug of choice for ADD. The drug have good efficacy and is able to control symptoms of inattention and other symptoms like fatigue and drowsiness. It may cause headache as side effect and have abuse potential so take the drug under proper prescription only.
