Is Alternating Cramping And Heavy Bleeding A Sign Of Pregnancy?

Please help! I think I may be in the early stages of pregnancy. But I took a pregnancy test it said negative. I stared my period 2 days ago vary light cramping and a vary light pink then turned into a dark brown like old blood. The next day I noticed it was heavy like a regular period and a lot of cramping. This am it is back to a light pink vary light and hardly no cramping. What do you think?

Hi. In this stage it is hard to decide if it is a normal menstruation or an early miscarriage. But if the test was negative, the higher possibility is that it has been a normal menstruation. Anyway, a blood bHCG would be key to diagnose.
