Is An Overactive Thyroid And A Sore Tongue Related To Lymphedema?
Hi I ve just been diagnosed with lymphedema and I am wondering if it has anything to do with a previous condition I had an overactive thyroid also I seem to suffer with a sore Tongue for the last few months it s the back of my Tongue is there any connection with the glands in my neck

hello thnks for consulting at hcm. lymphedema is caused due to primary r secondary l such asCancer surgery - Radiation therapy (radiotherapy) – Infections - Inflammatory conditions - Cardiovascular diseases - Injury and trauma - howz ur thyroid, r u taking medications and has it come to normalcy,, ad sore tongue could be due to malnutrition or apthous ulcers,, either ways take a course of antibiotics and analgesics, do salt water gargle thrice daily,,and show a dentist for the sore tongue if prblm persists and endocrinologist for ur thyroid,, hope it helps tak care
