Is An Ultrasound Of The Kidney Needed Here?

good day. my RCB result is 45-60. Im 38 yrs old 5'4 in height and 76 kls. Do I have to undergo an ultrasound for my kidney. My doctor ask if i have a fever for a couple of days pass but thanks God no fever at all. May I know the symtoms on it doc.? thanks and god bless.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
I assume that you want to say rbc in urine. You have 45 to RBCs in urine. It suggest haematuria. It can be due to urinary tract infection., kidney stones or some mass lesion in kidney, ureter or urinary bladder. You should go for ultrasound kidney. It is needed to search the cause. Go for it and take treatment accordingly.
