Is Anal Sexual Play With A J Pouch Advisable When Diagnosed With Colitis?

Hello, I m wondering about anal play with a J Pouch and if it could be performed? I m a man who likes anal play and I can t do it anymore because of Colitis. Please tell me it s possible with a J Pouch? My sexual life is shattered because of this which affects every other mood I have and leaves me extremely depressed. My surgeon says it s not recommended which scares me to think I can t have my sexuality anymore. Thanks.
