Iam a severe patient of acidity , from past 2 months I HAVE BEEN SUFFERING VERY BADLY . Plz advice me that is the medicine ANESTHETIC ANTACID GEL- MUCAINE which my doctor has prescribed me is good to take or not ,or whether it yeild any suffocative feeling.

The suffocating feeling is not caused by this drug but from the acid fluid going backwards to airways and causing their irritation.
