Is Anxiety And Numbness In Body After Being High On Weed Serious?

I was high on weed and kinda anxious and i was smoking a ciggarette (im a pack a day smoker so i dont think it was nicotine induced hypoxia) and my whole body got cold and the cold turned into numbness and then i felt like i was gonna puke but it was just air and dry heaving and i got dizzy and felt like i was gonna pass out and my face went numb. I felt like i was about to die and it scared me. But this all happened and went away within a few minutes

This is a normal reaction to marijuana. Many people feel anxious, panicky, and paranoid. It is not dangerous and will go away on its own. To avoid this in the future, don't use marijuana again.
