Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
When I go to bed at night I have a feeling in my chest (over my heart) of little bubbles or fluttering and when I listen to my heart with a stethoscope I hear my heart pause and then two quick beats. this happens every minute or so for a short time and then I fall asleep. there is no pain just anxiety over what just happened.
Anxiety can cause some benign arrhythmias, so there is nothing to worry. I would advise you try not to eat before going to bed. Walking in the fresh air in the evening is favorable in preventing arrhythmias.
Hope I could help you
Wishing you good health
