Is Armpit Pain A Sign Of Breast Cancer?

i am 26 and have fiberadenoma in my right breast. i sometimes feel pain in my armpit which goes away in a day or two. this pain occurs ince in 2 or 3 months. is it worth worrying? and do the armpit pain in case of breast cancer comes and goes or does it stay?

the nature and character of pain in case of breast cancer cannot be told for sure
it all depends on the stage of the cancer, the organs which all are involved and the response of the individual to the therapy...
in your case also as the details are not that clear, things cannot be told for sure..
