Is Augmentin,flora And Lomofen Cause Any Problem In Pregnancy?

MY AGE IS 27 YRS,I MISSED MY PERIOD FIRST TIME THERE IS POSSIBILTY OF PREGNANCY ,MY WEIGHT IS 60KG,I SUFFER FROM LOOSE MOTIONS FROM LAST 3 DAYS,MY DOCTER GIVES ME TAB AUGMENTIN 375,CAP FLORA BC,TAB DOMPAN,AND LOMOFEN .IT IS SAFE OR NOT IF I AM PREGNANT

Hi,

The three medication provided by your doctor are safe to use during pregnancy. They do not have any adverse effects on the growing embryo. I would advise you to continue the antibiotic if you have started and if not then you can take Norflox for 3 days which is more suited to the GI infections that you are showing signs of. The other two medications can be continued till the symptoms subside. I would advice you get a pregnancy test done.
