Hello sir....my name vishal gupta. My age 25 years.....my face pimples are gowing . I used many creams like benzoyl peroxide 2.5 acne star cream and soap but pimpels are not reduced . Today my doctor prescribed azelaci acid 10 .....so plz suggest me ....sorry sir my english is very poor

Yes, azelaic acid is one of the treatments of acne. In some certain medicines work and others don't. Your doctor is trying a new treatment. Have patience and follow up with him as advised. Wash your face with a pH balanced face wash, preferably a one containing 1-2% salicylic acid. Avoid cosmetic creams on your face. Avoid too much oil on your scalp. Diet is important. Avoid milk and milk products like cheese, chocolates, sweets, sugary foods and drinks. Eat a lot of fruits rich in vitamin A and drink plenty of water. Hope this helped Take care
