Is Back Pain And Abdominal Pains Related To Overactive Bladder?

hi. im 35 and was diagnosed with an over active bladder 6 months ago. the past few months i have been suffering with terrible stomach and back pains and the last few weeks loose stools about 4 times a day. also ive jus missed a period. was wondering if all this could be connected

bladder disorder.
*Stomach pains & frequency of stools are separate from that may be
associated with - Gastrointestinal infection - Neurological problem leading
to overactive bladder also affecting gut system also.
